Using this feature, institution can attain its objective of providing effective and well organized service within and to its stakeholders. Here any employee can be assigned with specific role and this assigned role will provide certain privileges and access to them.

Here are the steps to assign role to any employee:

1. Login to Open Compass school portal.

2. Go to 'Manage User block'

3. Select 'Assign Role to Employee' option.


4. Employee name with their current status is displayed. Click on "Edit Mode" button.


5. Required modifications (Enable, Disable or Change the role of Employees) can be made by the edit options available.
