Fee module > Transaction > Create enrollment fee head > Edit mode > Add new > Add
For creating new enrollment fee head you should go on fee module than go to transaction, click on create enrollment fee head go to the edit mode than add new fill the all required blocks and add it, if its already created than updated or save as new...
