To create Fine master:
1. Go to opencompas erp, Login with your Id ,Password.
2. Go to "Fee Module" as shown below.
3 After that you need to click in Master
4. There is an option of Group Ledger Master click on this option.
5. Go to Edit mode option as shown below image after that you need to click on "Add New" Enter name of Group Ledger Name.
6. After that you need to click on "Add New" as shown in below
7. After that u need to enter name as shown in below
You can create and define Fine of the Fees. Click on Master >> Fine Master >> Edit Mode >> Add New
and Add Fine Master.
Fine Name: Select the name of the Fine that has been created in the Create Ledger/ Alter Master.
Fine Description: Enter the Fine of the Ledger.
Fine Type : Select Percentage if Fine to be entered in Percent & Amount if concession to be entered in Rupees.
Fine: Enter Fine Percent /Amount.
Fine Repetition: Select if the fine should be repeated and how many times.
Under Group: Select the Group of the Ledger.
