Opencompas - A Complete ERP Solution for Educational Seagment

To Apply Fees:

1. Go to opencompas erp, Login with your Id ,Password.

2. Go to "Fee Module" as shown below.

3  After that you need to click in Transaction menu

4. There is an option of Apply Fee Structure click on this option as shown below                image.

5. As you can see below image there is two option Class Wise and Student wise. Select    class wise if you want class wise.

6. Fill the Mandatory fields; Class category,Student type,Session then click on Apply         button, There is also many option. If you want check Structure  before apply you can     click on "Show Structure".

7. If you want apply Student wise fees structure then select Student Wise option as           shown below image. Fill the admission number of particular student then click the        apply button.
